8. Discounts on publications, training courses and seminars, visits to plants, subscriptions to trade journals.

9. Contact with international activities of other Associations.

10. Representation at ISWA ITALIA (the Italian section of the ISWA), FEAD, (European Federation of Waste Associations) and ECN (European Compost Network) of which the Association is a member

 


HOW TO JOIN

All companies, local authorities and public and private bodies which produce compost can join as Ordinary Members. National Business Associations, (both public and private), to which companies operating in the composting sector and other environmental cleansing services belong, can join as General Association Members.

Companies, Local Authorities and other bodies and associations which do not make compost but are interested in the collection and valorisation of the organic fraction through compost can join as Associate Members.

To become a member of the Association, those interested must agree with the aims written in the statute and send in the Application form, completed in accordance with the procedures laid down in the Statute and Regulations of the Association.


Ordinary Members: all companies, local authorities and private compost producers can become ordinary members, subject to approval of the Administrative Council.

General Association Members: these include national associations of companies, both public and private, to which companies operating in the composting sector and environmental cleansing services are associated.

Associate Members: Companies, local authorities, public and private bodies, and associations not involved in making compost but with a joint interest in the aims of the Association can participate in the activities of the Association as Associate Members, subject to approval by the Administrative Council. Research Institutes can also join as Associate Members, as long as the Administrative Council deems that their scientific, technological and experimental research is relevant to the aims laid out in the statute, and their teaching activities are an integral part (Universities, schools, colleges, and other bodies).

 


APPLICATION FORM

To join The Italian Composting Association (CIC), you need to fill in the Application Form below, which will be evaluated by the Governing Body and decided on within 45 days of the application.

If the request is granted by the Governing Body, the applicant for membership to the Association will pay the relevant membership fees.

3) Authorises the CIC (Italian Compost Association) to carry out possible checks of the declarations attached to the application and to use the information in possession of the CIC for statistical purposes.

(Corresponding to 5 nominal payments of 550EURO and one payment of 17.250 EURO for the reserve fund of the Association)
Ordinary Members: € 4.000
(Corresponding to 5 nominal payments of 550EURO and one payment of   1.250 EURO for the reserve fund of the Association)
Associate Members: € 1.650
(Corresponding to 3 nominal payments of 550EURO)
Research Institutes as Associate Members: € 550
(Corresponding to one payment to the Association)
